Infor Architect Manager

The Infor Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions within the Infor Industry Cloud Platform. This role serves as the technical authority for Infor applications, integrations, data architecture, cloud strategy, and platform governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support business objectives. The Architect collaborates with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and technology leaders to deliver innovative solutions leveraging AI, analytics, integration, and cloud-native capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Infor CloudSuite solutions across business functions.

• Define enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices for the Infor ecosystem.
• Design and oversee integrations using Infor ION, APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Architect solutions utilizing Infor's data, analytics, workflow automation, and AI capabilities to improve business performance.
• Develop scalable cloud-based architectures leveraging the Infor Industry Cloud Platform and its AWS-backed infrastructure.
• Lead application extension and modernization initiatives using low-code/no-code and application development tools.
• Establish governance, security, performance, and data management standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution delivery, upgrades, and cloud migration efforts.
• Partner with business and functional teams to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging Infor technologies and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of ERP architecture and enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite, Infor OS, and Infor ION.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, API architecture, data migration, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and SaaS application architecture. The Infor platform is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation, upgrade, and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail, or other Infor-focused industries.

• Knowledge of AI, analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization technologies within the Infor ecosystem.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments and application modernization.
• Infor certifications and cloud platform certifications.
