At Everlane, we want the right choice to be as easy as putting on a great T-shirt. That’s why we partner with ethical factories around the world. Work with high-quality and more sustainably sourced materials. And share the true cost of every product we make. But there's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.
The influencer team at Everlane is responsible for driving the brand’s mission through strong narratives around our products and programs. The influencer team plays a critical role in shaping brand perception, driving relevance, and building partnerships with key influencers in our target audience. This team not only ensures that as a brand our position is innovative and fresh but that we’re constantly generating brand awareness.
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for scouting new influencers, overseeing the influencer database, gifting and product shipments, and managing influencer reporting.
Your day-to-day:
- Identify and source creators across priority categories and platforms to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Research and evaluate potential gifting partners based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand alignment.
- Execute creator outreach and relationship-building to secure gifting partnerships.
- Coordinate and place product orders for gifted creators, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Partner with internal teams to manage shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with creators to confirm receipt, posting timelines, and deliverables.
- Track gifted content across social platforms to ensure posts meet program expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, shipments, creator responses, and content performance.
- Input and manage campaign data within reporting and influencer management tools.
- Support performance reporting to measure reach, engagement, and contribution to customer growth goals.
- Identify trends and high-performing creators to inform future gifting strategy.
- Continuously optimize outreach and sourcing approaches to improve response and posting rates.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, while still operating calmly in high pressure and/or short-deadline situations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for the brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative problem-solver.
- Loves fashion, sustainability, and passionate about Everlane’s brand mission.
