As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments.
• Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.
• Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture.
• Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth.
• Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.
• Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
• Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
• Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards

What We Are Looking For

We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
• Deep understanding of Texas employment law
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
