SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

HRIS COMPLIANCE ANALYST

As an HRIS Compliance Analyst you will lead compliance initiatives for the company’s internal HRIS: data accuracy, security, and regulatory requirements. • Assess HRIS compliance risk and recommend system and process changes to Legal and HR leadership
  • Interpret legal guidance and convert guidance into process/system requirements
  • Conduct user-access and segregation-of-duties reviews in the HCM
  • Create and lead training for HR users on data standards, access rules, and audit expectations
  • Partner with Legal to assess the HRIS impact of applicable regulatory changes and coordinate implementation of required system and process changes
  • Manage federal contractor and HR regulatory compliance
  • Create control documentation: process maps, checklists, test steps, exception logs, and retention notes
  • Partner with HR, IT, HRIS and Legal to apply data standards and control procedures
  • Prepare extracts, samples, and written evidence for internal, external, and government audits

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience owning HRIS compliance in a multi-state and global workforce
  • Experience at a federal contractor, defense/aerospace company, or similarly regulated employer (OFCCP, EEO, I-9/E-Verify, or audit-ready workforce data)
  • Experience supporting EEO-1, VETS-4212, OFCCP / AAP, I-9 / E-Verify, or similar filings
  • Familiarity with ITAR/export-control rules as they apply to HR data
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential employee data

Pay Range:
Level 1: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00
Level 2: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
