Buncha is hiring full-time Flex Shopper & Delivery Drivers to support grocery shopping and delivery operations across the Twin Cities.

As a Flex team member, you’ll support different aspects of Buncha’s operations based on daily demand. Some days, you may focus on shopping orders in-store, while other days, you may spend more time driving and delivering customer orders.

We’re looking for dependable, adaptable team members who are comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed most.

• Average earnings: $22–$28/hr (hourly pay + tips)

What You'll Do

• Shop and stage grocery orders using the Buncha app

• Deliver Buncha marketplace orders

• Support different stores throughout the Twin Cities based on operational needs

• Switch between shopping and driving responsibilities throughout the shift

• Provide friendly, reliable customer service during deliveries

• Help maintain smooth day-to-day store and delivery operations

Depending on daily operational needs, deliveries may be completed using either a Buncha refrigerated delivery van or your personal vehicle.

Store assignments are provided by our dispatch team, and you may support multiple locations in a single day.

Requirements

• Must be 21+

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Personal vehicle in good working condition with valid auto insurance

• Able to pass background and insurability checks

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation between store locations

• Prior grocery, retail, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred
