The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the main technical expert for the CRM platform used by revenue teams. You will build custom solutions, manage integrations and automations, and work closely with sales and customer success colleagues to turn their needs into working systems.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain custom CRM solutions using code, UI components and APIs.

- Own the full revenue technology stack, including integrations, automations and system design.

- Partner with sales and customer success stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.

- Lead technical projects independently and work across teams with little oversight.

- Streamline internal workflows and keep clear written records for the revenue operations group.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 8+ years of hands-on CRM platform experience, including development work and not only administration.

- Relevant CRM platform certifications, such as developer and sales credentials, that can be verified.

- Experience with both sales and service CRM environments.

- Background in startups or mid-stage companies that are scaling, not solely large enterprises.

- Experience as a revenue operations or business analyst working with go-to-market tooling.

- Clear communication that explains technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to be based in one of the two listed cities without relocation assistance.

- Authorization to work in the US.
