About the Role

As a Finance Manager, you will own the finance and insurance experience for customers purchasing vehicles through Ever, supporting both in-person and digital transactions. You will structure financing, present protection products, work across a broad lender network, and guide each deal through contracting and funding. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive F&I professional who combines strong deal execution with a transparent, consultative customer approach.

What You'll Do
  • Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, warranties, and protection products to customers both remotely (phone/video) and in person.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide, providing a transparent and consultative experience.
  • Structure, negotiate, and finalize financing deals through digital and in-store workflows.
  • Submit credit applications, evaluate lender programs and approvals, and structure deals to achieve competitive terms for customers.
  • Leverage a broad lender network while managing lender relationships and owning deals through funding.
  • Review deal jackets and documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to contracting and funding.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize digital and physical finance documents and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain strict compliance with federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and company policies.
  • Educate customers on EV incentives, available programs, and ownership economics.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve deal-related issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve funding delays, stipulation requirements, contract discrepancies, and lender issues.
  • Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience without high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and experience metrics.
  • Track and manage F&I performance metrics, including product penetration, PVR/gross profit, funding timelines, and close ratios.
Qualifications & Fit
  • 3+ years of automotive F&I experience, preferably in a high-volume dealership or automotive retail environment.
  • Demonstrated success structuring and closing finance deals, presenting F&I products, and working with multiple lenders.
  • Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred: Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with Cantonese highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending, credit applications, lender approvals, funding requirements, and backend products.
  • Customer-first, consultative approach with an emphasis on transparency and long-term customer outcomes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong compliance discipline and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and priorities in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations.
  • Interest in EVs, digital retail, and evolving automotive technology.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with DMS platforms such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar.
  • Proficiency with RouteOne, CUDL, lender portals, and credit application platforms.
  • Experience with digital contracting and e-signature platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of DMV, titling, funding, and automotive compliance workflows.
  • Comfortable working within CRM and digital retail platforms.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary + commission
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • PTO
  • 401(k) plan
Why Ever and this role?
  • Help shape a modern, transparent F&I experience across digital and in-person automotive retail.
  • Work with a broad lender network and customers purchasing EVs nationwide.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations in a fast-growing environment.
  • Play a direct role in customer experience, deal quality, funding efficiency, and business performance.
