Travel & Events Logistics
- Own end-to-end logistics for all business and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and real-time adjustments
- Plan and manage logistics for internal and external events involving the CEO (i.e., board meetings, offsites, conferences, and CEO-hosted events), coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution

Communications & External Coordination
- Partner closely with Communications and Marketing teams to support the CEO’s external-facing engagements, including scheduling, preparation materials, and logistics for press opportunities, speaking engagements, and media appearances
- Ensure alignment across communications, leadership, and external stakeholders for timely and effective execution
Personal Assistant Support
- Provide personal assistance as needed, without detracting from core executive responsibilities
