- Champion modern engineering practices, enabling teams to move quickly while maintaining reliability, security, and technical quality.
- Develop engineering managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform technical investments and continuously improve the digital member experience.
What You're Great At:

- Proven experience leading multiple teams building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, including mobile applications, web platforms, or customer acquisition experiences.
- Strong technical background designing scalable distributed systems and modern cloud-native applications.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver customer-centric experiences and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building high-performing engineering organizations that balance speed, quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and data-informed product development.
- Exceptional communicator who can influence technical and business leaders while aligning cross-functional organizations around a shared vision.
- Passion for developing engineering talent and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams can do their best work.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
