Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this pivotal role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting community engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
• Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 3:00 pm - 6:30pm,

Tuesday & Thursday; 3:00 pm- 5:30pm

Looking for an experienced male or female DSP

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.

Benefits

Pay rate $18- $20 per hour
