You’ll provide outpatient dermatology care, develop lasting patient relationships, and help shape the experience we create for patients as the location grows.
You’ll manage day-to-day patient care with a designated supervising physician available for clinical consultation. This role is a strong fit for an APP who is confident in their clinical judgment, knows when to seek input, and enjoys taking ownership of a growing practice.

Your experience and ideas will help us establish efficient workflows, deliver consistent care, and build trust within the Fayetteville community. You’ll work with clinical and administrative staff who share a commitment to a welcoming, patient-centered experience.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with a range of dermatologic concerns
- Develop treatment plans and provide clear education and follow-up guidance
- Consult with the supervising physician when clinically appropriate
- Partner with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth daily operations
- Help improve workflows and establish a consistently positive patient experience
- Build relationships with patients and support the location’s growth in the community

- Current or eligible North Carolina licensure as an NP or PA, as applicable
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort providing care
- A collaborative approach and clear communication with patients and colleagues
- Initiative, adaptability and interest in helping a growing location succeed
Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus production-based compensation
- Medical and dental coverage
- 401(k) with an employer match
- Generous time off
If you’re ready to put your dermatology experience to work in a role where you can help shape the practice as it grows, apply to join our Fayetteville team.
