  • Make tooling offsets, program edits, and process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues involving tooling, dimensional accuracy, and surface finishes.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Work closely with engineering, programming, and quality teams to improve machining processes.
  • Maintain production standards while ensuring consistent part quality and safe machine operation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred, with a strong background in CNC turning.
  • Ability to independently set up and operate CNC lathes.
  • Experience with multi-axis lathes, live tooling, or mill-turn machining preferred.
  • Experience with Doosan mill-turn equipment and Fanuc controls is a plus.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T.
  • Experience making tooling offsets, program adjustments, and troubleshooting machining processes.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Experience machining complex components for aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision industries preferred.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
  • Shift Options: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.
  • Modern Facility: Work with advanced CNC machining technology in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
