  • Long-term stability: Support established aerospace and defense programs with growing production demand.
  • Precision machining: Work on close-tolerance components for demanding applications.
  • Skill development: Continue building your setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and overall machining capabilities.
  • Variety of equipment: Opportunities across CNC turning and milling.
  • Growing operation: Continued contract growth is driving additional investment in production capacity.

Compensation

  • $23–$26/hr based on experience and machining capabilities

  • Tooling: Select, load, change, and monitor cutting tools throughout the machining process.
  • Machine Adjustments: Make offsets and process adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Quality Inspection: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify components meet specifications.
  • Precision Measurement: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing instructions.
