ABOUT ELEMYNT

Elemynt is building MatOS, an enterprise platform that brings AI and physics-based simulation into industrial materials research and development. We help scientific teams design, simulate and evaluate materials and processes across semiconductors, batteries, chemicals and advanced materials. With a growing international team and enterprise customer base, we are building the business infrastructure to support our next stage of growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced operator to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of the internal business processes that keep Elemynt moving. You will connect priorities across finance, hiring, legal coordination, and fundraising, turning executive decisions into completed work.

This role combines the judgment of a strategic Chief of Staff with the execution muscle of a Head of Operations. You will understand the context behind a business need, develop a practical plan, bring together the right people, and carry it through. As the company grows, you will build the processes and operating team needed to support it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Company Priorities & Execution (Chief of Staff): Translate leadership priorities into clear plans with accountable owners, realistic timelines, and defined outcomes. Run the business operating rhythm, prepare leadership discussions, and ensure decisions lead to action. Identify dependencies early, resolve routine issues independently, and bring the CEO well-considered recommendations when a decision is needed.

  • Fundraising & Investor Readiness: Own the preparation and coordination of investor diligence materials, data room content, reporting, and board materials. Gather input from the right people, reconcile inconsistencies, and maintain current, substantiated business information. Support analysis of financing scenarios and prepare clear drafts for leadership review.

  • Finance & Business Planning: Work with finance providers and functional leaders to maintain budgets, cash forecasts, hiring plans, and management reporting. Coordinate payments, purchasing, vendor renewals, and spending approvals. Make the financial implications of business decisions clear, and ensure planned commitments remain aligned with available resources.

  • People Operations & International Growth: Coordinate recruiting execution, offer preparation, employment documentation, onboarding, and ongoing people administration. Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, payroll providers, immigration advisers, and employers of record. Maintain reliable employment records, coordinate equity administration, and lead practical expansion projects like new offices.

  • Contracts, Advisers & Legal Operations: Manage internal and vendor agreements from requirements through external review, approval, and signature. Coordinate corporate administration and intellectual property processes with specialist advisers. Own selected business projects, including systems implementation and vendor selection, with clear scope, budgets, and completion criteria.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A strong record of operating inside a growing company, typically with seven or more years of relevant experience. Your background may include a substantial Chief of Staff role, business operations, finance, or general management.
  • Deep understanding of budgets and cash planning, and proven experience working effectively with accountants, lawyers, and other specialists.
  • The ability to organize complex information, write clearly, and make sound recommendations with incomplete information.
  • Experience handling confidential matters with strict discretion and maintaining accurate records.
  • A track record of building straightforward processes, holding colleagues and providers accountable, and following through persistently.
  • Comfort challenging priorities constructively and explaining the tradeoffs behind your recommendations.
  • Experience supporting operations across Singapore and the United States is particularly relevant.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first three months, leadership has a reliable view of priorities, internal spending, and open decisions. Important business processes have clear ownership, external providers know what is expected of them, and hiring, legal contracts, and reporting move predictably.

Your longer-term impact will be visible in Elemynt’s ability to grow while maintaining reliable internal execution. The CEO and technical leaders can devote their full attention to customers, technology, and strategic decisions because you have built a seamless operating infrastructure around them.
