Canvassing Manager - Green Energy Windows

As Canvassing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the top of the sales funnel by leading a field team that creates new opportunities with homeowners. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building team performance, improving day-to-day execution, and helping representatives succeed through strong coaching, structure, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach canvassing teams to exceed weekly lead generation goals.
• Monitor field performance metrics and improve territory coverage strategies.
• Train new canvassers on scripts, objection handling, and brand messaging.
• Coordinate daily schedules, route planning, and team assignments efficiently.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching field representatives on live customer conversations, including script delivery, objection handling, and doorstep lead conversion.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local team oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in in-home consumer sales.
• Familiarity with lead tracking tools.
• Experience analyzing territory performance.
