Business Development Representative – Property Restoration Services

All Dry Services  |  Louisville, KY  |  Full-Time, Field-Based

$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Six-Figure Earning Potential

You've Probably Sold Something People Could Live Without

Every salesperson has heard it. “Love it — let's revisit next quarter.” “It's just not in the budget this year.”

Nobody says that when there's water coming through a ceiling.

Property damage doesn't wait for a budget cycle and doesn't get cut from a plan. When a pipe fails, a unit floods, or mold turns up behind drywall, somebody is calling somebody that day.

The only question is whether they're calling us.

The Demand Already Exists. The Relationships Don't.

That's what separates restoration business development from most sales jobs.

You won't spend your time convincing anyone they have a problem. The problem arrives on its own schedule, reliably, all year long. Your work is making sure All Dry Services is already the answer when it does.

So the sale isn't “buy this.” It's “remember us” — and it gets made months before anyone needs it.

Your Buyers

The people who hand out this work aren't homeowners. They're professionals who deal with property problems constantly:

•      Property Managers

•      Facility Managers

•      Insurance Agents & Adjusters

•      Plumbers

•      HVAC Contractors

•      General Contractors

•      Commercial Property Professionals

•      Business Owners

A property manager responsible for several hundred units will have incidents. A plumber will stand in a flooded basement a dozen times this year. None of that is a maybe. Your job is to be the name that comes to mind when it happens.

What the Work Looks Like

•      Building a target list of referral sources across the greater Louisville area

•      Getting in front of them — scheduled meetings and cold introductions both

•      Explaining what we do and why response quality matters

•      Staying in front of them after the first conversation

•      Working industry associations and local networking events

•      Running your pipeline and activity through CRM

•      Handing off cleanly to operations when a referral becomes a live job

•      Closing the loop with whoever sent it

The Hard Part

Durable demand doesn't mean easy selling.

Every one of those property managers and plumbers already has a restoration company they call. Some are happy with them. Some aren't, and don't realize they have options. You'll be earning a place on a short list that already has names on it.

That takes repeat visits, real follow-up, and patience through a sales cycle that can run months before it pays. You'll have professional sales training and an operations team behind you. You'll still be the one doing the knocking.

Waiting for inbound leads won't work here. There aren't any.

The First Year

Months one through three: learn the work, build the list, start getting in front of people.

Months three through six: consistent field activity, first referral relationships established, early jobs arriving from contacts you made yourself.

Months six through twelve: repeat referrals, a pipeline that holds weight, and earnings that start to reflect the network behind them.

Nobody here expects a big first month. We expect a fourth quarter that beats the first.

Why This Company

When someone's property is damaged, they're having a bad day and they need help quickly. Speed, competence, and follow-through are the entire product.

That's worth something to you as a salesperson. A referral relationship takes months to build and one bad job to lose — so the quality of the work behind you is what protects everything you've built.

To Apply

Send us your resume.

If you want to stand out, tell us about a time you got in somewhere you weren't expected and made it count.

Requirements

Who Does Well Here

•      People who can walk into a business cold and leave having made a real impression

•      People who follow up five times without becoming a nuisance

•      People who stay organized without being supervised

•      People who'd rather be in the field than at a desk

•      People genuinely curious about how other businesses operate

Restoration experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach you the industry. Sales, insurance, property management, construction, facilities, and home services backgrounds all translate well.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required — you'll be driving this territory daily.

Benefits

Pay & Benefits

•      $50,000–$60,000 base salary

•      Uncapped commission

•      Long-term career growth opportunity
