Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage
• Monthly performance-based incentive opportunities
• Shift premium for hours worked after 5:00 PM

Location: Our Lansing office is conveniently located near East Lansing, making it an excellent opportunity for local residents and students.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and other communications from loan customers and assist with a variety of inquiries
• Resolve customer requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls to provide follow-up support and exceptional customer service
• Accurately create, update, and maintain customer records

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English and/or Spanish and English required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
