La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente all'Area manager e alla Direzione commerciale, si occuperà di:
- Sviluppo e acquisizione del portafoglio clienti
- Analisi delle esigenze del cliente, lettura delle fatture e valutazione dei profili di consumo
- Predisposizione di offerte, negoziazione e finalizzazione dei contratti di fornitura
- Fidelizzazione del cliente fornendo supporto e assistenza anche tramite strumenti digitali ed app dedicate
