About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong SQL programming skills. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical data architecture and everyday business operations. You will translate business needs into well-structured data models that enable informed, data-driven decision-making across the company. You will build data models on your own.

The role requires a combination of analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to ask the right questions, identify key insights and draw meaningful conclusions to develop the right solutions.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Build and implement optimised data models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity

• Integrate data from various databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files

• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and actively reduce technical debt

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable data solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong SQL skills, allowing you to write and optimise complex queries

• Experience in data modelling

• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders - understanding the current situation and desired outcomes, then proposing an appropriate solution

• Strong motivation to further develop towards a Data Engineer role

• Fluent Polish and good command of English

• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

Nice to have:

• Python

• Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations
