概要

UNPLAN Fukuoka（福岡・大濠公園）の正社員を募集します。西日本エリア初の拠点として、緑と水辺の開放感に包まれた大濠公園の目の前に位置しています。

【代表ってどんな人？】
このミッションを掲げるのは、東京大学→ソニーを経て2014年にFIKAを創業した代表・福山です。判断軸はいつも「ワクワクするか」。「今あるものをよくする」だけでなく、「まだ世の中にない体験をつくれる人」を増やしたい——そんな想いで、宿にとどまらず事業をつくり続けています。

ホステルでのレセプションや清掃といった現場オペレーションに加え、価格設定やOTA（Online Travel Agent/旅行会社）管理運用、イベント企画、売上改善など、事業運営に直結する業務にも携わっていただきます。将来的には新規施設の立ち上げやマネジメントもチャレンジ可能です。メンバーには入社3年目・28歳でマネージャーや責任者になっている者が多数います。

スタッフの約60%が外国籍で、英語が飛び交う環境。日本にいながら海外にいるような体験を仕事をしながら感じることができます。また、年齢や国籍に関係なく、気づいた人の意見が取り入れられ、改善していくカルチャーがあります。フラットで穏やかな組織でありながら、現場ではスピード感と責任感が求められ、若手の提案がそのまま採用され文化として根付いていることも珍しくありません。

ホステル名「UNPLAN」は、"unplanned"（計画されていない）から取った造語です。予定のない気ままな旅で訪れても、思いがけない出会いや、予期せぬ風景に出会える場所を作りたいという思いを込めて名付けました。宿泊予約サイトの口コミスコアで平均9.0以上を獲得し、20-30代の訪日外国人観光客を中心に高い評価をいただいています。

【Who is our founder?】
This mission is led by our founder, Fukuyama, who founded FIKA in 2014 after studying at the University of Tokyo and working at Sony. His compass is always the same question — “Is this exciting?” He wants to nurture not just people who “make what already exists better,” but people who “can create experiences that don’t yet exist in the world” — and with that spirit, he keeps building businesses that reach beyond lodging.

Beyond front-desk and cleaning operations, you'll take on work tied directly to running the business: pricing, OTA (Online Travel Agent) management, event planning, and revenue improvement. In the future, you can also take on launching and managing new properties. Many of our members became managers or team leads in their third year, at age 28.

Around 60% of our staff are non-Japanese, and English fills the workplace — you can feel like you're abroad while still in Japan. Regardless of age or nationality, whoever notices something speaks up, and we improve together. We're a flat, easygoing organization, yet the floor demands speed and a sense of ownership; it's not unusual for a young member's idea to be adopted as-is and take root in our culture.

Here you won't just be "floor staff" — you'll help create services with the feeling of being entrusted with a small business of your own. We want to create UNPLAN-style encounters together with people who enjoy thinking and acting on their own initiative.

The name "UNPLAN" is a coined word from "unplanned." We named it with the wish to create a place where, even on an aimless, spur-of-the-moment trip, you might have an unexpected encounter or come across an unforeseen view. We consistently earn average review scores of 9.0+ on booking sites, and are highly rated especially by inbound travelers in their 20s-30s.

勤務時間／Working hours

2週間〜半月ベースのシフト制（週平均40時間以内）

• 早番：7:00〜16:00


• 中番：11:00〜20:00


• 遅番：14:00〜23:00

休憩60分／シフト・休日は2週間〜半月ごとに共有
業務都合で時間が前後することもあります
宿直業務（夜間は館内で待機・緊急時のみ対応）あり ※宿直手当を別途支給

年間休日：約105日以上
