Software Architect Senior

Neos S.p.A. is looking for an experienced Software Architect to join its team based in the Catania office.

The selected candidate will work on-site at the company’s headquarters in Catania, initially supporting senior colleagues and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of IT Architecture to design and implement software solutions based on .NET.
• Design and document software architecture, ensuring system consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define and document architectural guidelines and standards to promote code quality and consistency across solutions.
• Work closely with Development teams to guide the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with standards and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AWS cloud technologies and services to design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• Use code analysis tools such as SonarQube to identify and resolve code quality issues, including bugs, vulnerabilities, and best practice violations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate development, testing, and release processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends in software development and architecture to support the evolution of existing solutions.
