- Gestione, configurazione e manutenzione dei sistemi operativi Windows Server e Linux/Unix.
- Monitoraggio e amministrazione di ambienti virtualizzati VMware.
- Supporto nella gestione di infrastrutture cloud.
- Configurazione e gestione di web server IIS e Apache.
- Gestione e interrogazione di database Oracle tramite SQL e PL/SQL Developer.
- Creazione e manutenzione di script e procedure automatizzate tramite file batch, PowerShell, VBScript e MS-DOS.
- Gestione delle procedure di backup e ripristino dei dati.
- Utilizzo e configurazione di software FTP/SFTP e strumenti di versioning.
- Supporto tecnico agli utenti e risoluzione delle problematiche informatiche.
- Monitoraggio e gestione delle comunicazioni di rete basate su protocolli TCP/IP, Unicast e Multicast.
