Guest relation agent - season 2027 - Grand Hotel Timeo - a Belmond Hotel

At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an empathetic, proactive Guest Relations Agent, who will dedicate themselves to customizing guest stays and anticipating their every need. 

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences. 

• Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation. 

• Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions. 

• Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy. 

• Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads. 

Requirements

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality. 

• Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills. 

• Problem-solving agility and creative flair in guest surprise-and-delight initiatives. 

• Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM / PMS systems. 

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
