Ricerchiamo un/una End User Support Specialist da inserire nel team Personal Computing.
La persona, riportando al Manager di riferimento si dovrà occupare di:
- Assistenza tecnica remota su PDL utenti world wide
- Supporto tecnico onsite presso clienti
- Gestione tools di Management della postazione e device mobili
- Progetti di roll out (PC e device) su realtà internazionali
- Implementazione di nuovi servizi
- Operation base su Active Directory, Exchange, Tenant Microsoft 365
