Business Development & Account Manager - IT Staffing - Recruitment Services

Unison Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development cum Account Manager to drive new business growth while managing and expanding key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
• Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Handle client meetings, proposal submissions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Drive vendor empanelment, MSA/SOW discussions, and strategic account development.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development and Account Management within IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, RPO, Workforce Solutions, or IT Services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment sales cycles and account management.
• Experience in handling enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
