Business analyst - Commercial API

Purpose of the Role:

Support Global API controller in communicating insightful financial information which can be translated into effective commercial strategy. Preparation of Monthly Business Reporting, Budget, RAF and strategic business plans for the Franchise. Monitor and control the financial performance of the Franchise, report deviations and advise on actions for improvement.

Key Individual Accountabilities:-

•Preparation of Monthly Business Reporting, Budget, RAF and strategic business plans for the Franchise

•Providing analysis and insight, linking financial reports to business strategies

•Introducing effective commercial strategy and implementing changes to ensure that key targets are met

•Contributing to key decision making and building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders

•Acting as a financial advisor to support commercial decisions

•Undertaking project-based work for specific strategies / business initiatives

•Assess financial performance of customers, products and CMO contracts

•Accountable for implementation of new tools to monitor the business performance and translate IT business requirements into action plan 

•Monitor the expenditures on Portfolio Projects

Key Shared Accountabilities:-

•Work closely with global franchise directors, regional commercial directors, to deliver key targets

•Meet reporting deadlines for monthly, quarterly and annual MBRMs with Commercial and Franchise directors

•Deliver on IT projects and ensure various tools such as  Insight, Power BI etc are delivering required results

•Deliver on key finance function KPIs in collaboration with other finance teams

Required Education level :

•Academic level degree or equivalent in Finance & Control

•CA/ MBA preferred
