Pinterest's UK Consumer Brand Partnerships team sits within a tiny-but-mighty UK marketing org, alongside social, influencer, creative, and brand teams. Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Lead, the Brand Partnerships Manager (UK) will own revenue brand partnerships, bridging Consumer Marketing and Global Sales Org (GSO). This role is dedicated to leading co-marketing experiential programs (IRL activations) and scaling the Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit , giving top-tier advertisers governed access to Pinterest IP off-platform while driving commercial revenue.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, briefing, and execution for co-marketing advertiser experiential programs and physical brand activations from concept to launch.
- Manage the UK Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit workstream, evaluating GSO intake submissions, enforcing media minimums, and approving co-branded assets.
- Partner closely with GSO to identify target advertisers, build commercial brand partnership packages, and co-deliver pitches.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all activations meet strict brand safety, audience fit, and IP usage guidelines.
- Oversee external experiential, creative, and production agencies to keep activations on timeline and budget.
- Lead cross-functional (XFN) alignment across Creative Strategy, Insights, Editorial, Product, Legal, and PR, while building strong relationships with external client and internal stakeholders as well as agency partners to drive seamlessly integrated campaign execution.
- Utilise AI tools responsibly to accelerate early planning, briefing, and campaign reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand partnerships, creative strategy, or experiential program leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leading pop-up or IRL experiential programs from planning through launch.
- Experience ideating on and reviewing creative work, upholding brand standards, and giving clear feedback that strengthens ideas and execution.
- Demonstrated experience working in close collaboration with Sales teams to drive commercial revenue.
- Excellent brief-writing, stakeholder management, and agency oversight skills.
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
