Located in the heart of Mayfair, Shanghai Me offers a vibrant and distinctive dining experience where attention to detail and outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a confident and guest-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams, you’ll manage reservations, coordinate guest flow, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards and distinctive character of Shanghai Me.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality

• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident, welcoming, and professionally presented

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
