Job description

Quoted in full from Netcalibre Ltd's job posting. Gavroche does not edit it.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll support our Project Manager in the coordination and delivery of multiple customer-facing infrastructure projects. Although full training will be provided, previous experience or similar is an asset - We’ll teach you the frameworks and the tools.

Who you’ll be:

Often, the first point of contact for customers on live projects,

Responsible for project administration, project documentation, progress tracking, meeting coordination, action follow-up, and stakeholder communication.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone naturally organised who gets a kick out of complicated things coming together on time. You need the kind of brain that builds a list before starting, notices the little things, and chases the awkward update everyone else is hoping they don’t have to ask about.

Confident communication matters - You need to be comfortable on the phone and in writing with customers. You’ll often be their first port of call when they want to know what’s happening.

Responsibilities:

  • Project, communication coordination and administration across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery activities, from meetings to review sessions.
  • Acting as the primary customer contact for live projects, managing communications, updates, and queries.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and data in Halo PSA.
  • Monitoring project progress against timelines, identifying risks or slippage, and reporting project status.
  • Following up on actions, decisions, and tasks to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Assisting with project planning and scheduling, with the opportunity to develop and manage project plans independently over time.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, friendly customer-facing manner.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to chase, follow up, and own outcomes.
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
  • Able to commute to our office in the City of London 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles.
  • Familiarity with any project management tool.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Background in technology, telecoms, IT services, ISP/MSP, construction, or any project delivery environment.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects, network deployments, fibre installations, IT rollouts, or office fitouts.
  • Customer-facing or stakeholder management experience.

Benefits

Benefits:

Salary: £25,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

28 days holiday including bank holidays, and your birthday off.

Hybrid working: 2–3 days working from home.

Home internet allowance after probation.

Company laptop and Workplace pension.

How we invest in you:

Bi-weekly 1-to-1s with one of the Directors. Real conversations about your progress, feedback both ways, and a development plan that’s yours.

Paid training tailored to where you want to go. If it makes sense for you down the line, we’ll fund it

Mentorship from our Project Manager.

Hands-on exposure to how infrastructure projects are delivered, from kick-off to handover.

A team that promotes from within.
