Inside Sales Support Data Center Solutions

Do you enjoy working with customers, technology and commercial challenges?

As part of our team, you help customers find the right solution for their infrastructure projects. You turn technical requirements into quotations, coordinate with internal experts and support projects from the first customer request to the final order.

Your tasks in a nutshell

• Advise customers on Data Center Solutions
• Understand technical and commercial requirements
• Create solution proposals and quotations
• Follow up on projects and opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain
• Manage customer information in CRM and ERP systems
• Support pricing and quotation processes
• Contribute customer and market feedback to improve our solutions

What your day could look like

A customer contacts you with a new data center project. You clarify the application, assess the technical and commercial framework and explore the best solution with the customer. When additional input is needed, you connect with Product Management or Supply Chain Management. You then coordinate pricing and sales strategy, prepare the quotation and make sure every relevant detail is documented.

You are not simply processing requests. Every project has its own technical, organisational and commercial context. Your role is to reduce that complexity, create clarity and help customers make confident decisions.

What you bring

• Experience in technical sales, inside sales or solution sales
• Interest in data center infrastructure and technical products
• Commercial mindset and customer focus
• Structured and proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent French and English
• Based in the Paris area
