Within Ami Paris’s International Training Department, and reporting to the Head of Retail Training, the Retail Training Project Manager plays a key role in elevating the in-store client experience and driving retail performance through training.

As an ambassador of the brand’s retail culture, you actively support, coach and guide sales advisors, fostering skill development and continuous performance improvement through a collaborative and supportive approach.

Combining creativity with a strong business mindset, you design and deliver engaging learning content and training initiatives that respond to business needs and bring the brand’s client experience standards to life.

Through your day-to-day interactions, you foster a climate of trust and optimism, empowering retail teams to embody AMI Paris’s values in every client interaction.

You also embody the Maison’s service and grooming standards, leading by example with consistency, commitment and authenticity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Training Content and Tools Development

    • Design and develop blended learning programs covering all key dimensions of the client experience, creating new content and updating existing materials as needed.

    • Develop engaging learning experiences in a variety of formats, including in-person sessions, virtual training, e-learning, videos and interactive activities, and prepare all materials required for their implementation.

    • Work closely with Retail Management, Clienteling and CRM teams to monitor retail KPIs, including NPS and other relevant performance indicators, and adapt training initiatives based on results and identified needs.

    • Drive continuous improvement by gathering and integrating feedback from the field.

    • Support local training teams in adopting new content and monitor its implementation across markets.

    • Contribute to the development and engagement of the Training community through the digital training platform, sharing best practices, interactive learning content and field insights.

  2. Training Delivery and In-Store Coaching

    • Coordinate and deliver onboarding for new team members through two core training programs: Brand Culture and Client Experience. These sessions take place monthly, in person in Paris for local teams and remotely for international teams.

    • Deploy other training programs across France and international markets, facilitating sessions both in person and remotely in line with the training calendar.

    • Maintain a regular presence in boutiques to lead morning briefings, facilitate on-the-job learning and provide hands-on coaching to strengthen sales advisors’ skills and improve retail performance.

    • Work closely with Retail Managers and Store Directors to identify development needs and define relevant follow-up actions and training plans.

    • Coordinate the logistics and preparation of training sessions, including training materials, venues and participant communication.

  3. Client Experience Tools Development and Management

    • Oversee the development, deployment and availability of client experience tools across all markets, such as try-on kits and presentation trays, in collaboration with relevant departments and local teams.

    • Support the effective use of these tools through dedicated training and guidance.

    • Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of these tools throughout the retail network in France, Europe and the US.

PROFILE

You are passionate about retail, knowledge sharing and people development. Proactive, agile and creative, you combine strong pedagogical skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to engage, inspire and support retail teams.

  • At least 5 years of experience in training, ideally within luxury retail, premium fashion or hospitality.

  • Strong retail sales experience, with a solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance drivers and client experience excellence.

  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across in-person, virtual and in-store formats.

  • Proven experience in developing training content and materials, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • A strong interest in digital learning tools, e-learning and innovative training approaches.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, markets and levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability and agility in an international, cross-functional environment involving multiple stakeholders, including Retail teams and Head Office functions.

  • Willingness and availability to travel (mainly France and Europe) on a regular basis.

  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

We firmly believe that the diversity of our teams is a strength. We review all applications with the same care, regardless of gender, disability, background, age, or sexual orientation.
