You’re on the production floor where innovation takes shape—hands-on, sharp-eyed, and unstoppable. Every component you approve, every supplier you audit, every process you refine brings our next-generation defense technology closer to perfection. At Destinus, your precision keeps our performance sky-high.
At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.
What You’ll Do

- Maintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system records
- Support customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chains
- Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliability
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high-tech production
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis
- Experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management tools
- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Who You Are
You thrive where precision meets pressure. You’re equally comfortable inspecting a part on the floor as you are auditing a supplier halfway across the world. You spot issues before they snowball and take pride in solving problems that others might overlook. You’re curious, proactive, and relentless about continuous improvement. Quality isn’t just your job—it’s your DNA.
