Join us on our journey as we bring together the best of Europe and North America to shape the future of automotive retail.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join AutoSync’s Consumer Experience team and help shape the future of automotive websites and e-commerce. Our mission is to help consumers find the right vehicle and take the next step toward purchasing it through intuitive, engaging digital experiences.

You’ll design across the car shopping journey, from vehicle search, filtering, and comparison to vehicle details, payment exploration, trade-in valuations, financing applications, and online deposits. You’ll make complex purchase decisions easier, build consumer confidence, and create a seamless connection between shopping online and working with a dealership.

The Consumer Experience team works closely with our Retail Operations team to connect consumer-facing experiences with dealership workflows. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to balance consumer needs with dealer outcomes, while contributing to a shared design system. We measure success through qualified leads, completion of key shopping and purchase actions, and conversion into vehicle sales.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product design for key areas of AutoSync’s dealership websites and e-commerce experiences, from discovery and concept development through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Design intuitive, responsive experiences that help consumers discover vehicles, evaluate their options, understand pricing and payments, and move confidently toward a purchase.
  • Simplify complex transactional flows, including trade-in valuations, financing applications, protection products, and deposits, with clear information, thoughtful interactions, and timely reassurance.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to define problems, explore solutions, test prototypes, and bring high-quality experiences to market.
  • Use consumer research, usability testing, product analytics, and experimentation to identify friction, validate decisions, and improve conversion.
  • Explore divergent concepts and establish a clear design direction, balancing a cohesive vision with practical, incremental delivery.
  • Contribute to our design system and partner with Engineering to deliver consistent, accessible experiences across devices and dealership brands.
  • Advocate for consumer needs while understanding dealer goals, communicating design rationale and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and participate in critiques and ideation sessions, provide constructive feedback, and review implemented experiences to maintain design quality.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of end-to-end design experience, from research and problem discovery through to detailed interaction, visual design, and delivery
  • Prior experience leading design for complex use cases in cross-functional teams (Bonus: Experience working in automotive and/or Saas enterprise software products)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design sense, with a focus on delivering consumer and business outcomes
  • Ability to communicate a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable maintaining multiple tasks and shifting business needs
